Refund policy
At Bella Mia, we offer fashion jewellery designed for everyday style.
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Eligibility:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or incorrect items
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original packaging
- Minor color/finish variations (as products may appear slightly different due to lighting)
Return Process:
To request a return, email us at bellamiataken@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear images/video proof
Refund Policy:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
